RETURNS POLICY

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Items must be in the original packaging, unmarked or unaltered in any way
  • Return postage labels can be purchased via our returns portal, the cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer
  • Verali Shoes does not take any responsibility for any goods which are lost or damaged in transit, please ensure you choose registered or tracked post

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are only eligible on items purchased at full price (including
    if a discount was used)
  • Items purchased on sale can be returned for a credit note or exchange, but not a refund
  • All items must meet the criteria as set out in the returns policy to be eligible for a refund

EXCHANGES

  • All items can be exchanged provided they meet the criteria of our returns policy
  • We cannot guarantee or reserve sizes for exchanges, in the case that the item you have chosen becomes unavailable, our customer service team will reach out to you to provide a resolution

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • If for any reason you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact the customer service team who can assist to provide a resolution
  • If you have received a different item than you ordered,  please contact the customer service team so that they can arrange a free returns slip and post the correct item

INSTANT REFUNDS

  • Verali is pleased to offer customers instant refunds on their purchases in partnership with Refundid. 
  • Refundid is a third party company that allows you to access your cash refund within seconds of lodging your return. It is currently available for our Australia based customers only. No need to wait for your return to reach us, Refundid will submit your refund to the nominated bank account immediately. Refundid is not eligible for orders purchased with store credit or gift cards.
  • Log in or create an account with Refundid and submit your return. Once completed you’ll receive your returns label via email and a refund back to your nominated bank account within seconds.
  • Please ensure your return is in the post within 7 days to avoid your refund being reversed.

  • Refundid will still provide a refund to your nominated account if you have used Afterpay. Please note that if you haven’t paid for your items in full you will be required to finish the payment instalments to avoid paying any dishonour fees from your buy now pay later service.
  • Refundid is 100% free to use. All we ask is that you cover the cost of your pre-paid returns label which will be automatically deducted from your refund total.
  • Please note that if Refundid has identified misconduct you may be charged a misconduct fee. You can read all about misconduct fees here.
